With an anticipated completion in 2027, the 210,000-plus-square-foot facility will serve as the Cleveland Cavaliers’ new home and state-of-the-art practice destination. In close collaboration with Populous, the interiors were thoughtfully crafted to elevate the athlete experience. Guided by the core values of heart, mind, and motion, the design narrative is seamlessly woven throughout every interior space. A thoughtfully curated palette breathes new life into the brand’s signature wine and gold hues, incorporating bronze metal tones and custom terrazzo flooring. The design establishes a collaborative and cohesive language across both player-focused and workplace interiors.
